it's a video on the fall in the birth rate in Western countries.

It is from a societal angle: feminism, wokism, repentance of white Westerners are mentioned.

I couldn't find a more specific subject (demography / birth rate).

You didn't understand anything, it's "attitude".

The fact of assuming oneself changes one's attitude and becomes a reflection of one's personality. It's not the fact "let her take charge", that no (it's just a clue, a condition, a prerequisite (not necessarily apparent) the vast majority of women assume very well without the advice of a little macho, you know.. .) Who leads the world huh....? LoooooooooooooooooooooooL.

It's a condition but it's not the only one (moreover it's so false that many women do NOT want it to be noticed too much: to have peace for example. I even know some who have preferred to give up to a career... Respect)
