Hello everybody ,
Some time ago I launched myself in the Manufacture of a Pellet Burner (Largely inspired by dede021385, see: autoconstruction-and-Craft / autoconstruction-burner-granules-t12894.html)
I will try to feed as much as possible the post knowing that I made several version of my burner or rather modification
the big problem that I encounter is the rise of heat flame in the admission (problem in part resolved since)
The making :
Regarding the ignition it is a resistance of heat gun, it has its effect in 30 Seconds it is lit, next to a blower pipe compressed air for the evacuation of ashes in the nozzle at the end of cycle

Re: Self-construction burner pellet REPLICA
An insulation of the external part of the burner could be suitable maybe? Or to draw inspiration from the boiler manufacturer's schematic diagrams? KWB, OeKofen ...
I tried to relaunch dede on the subject in question a few days ago: autoconstruction-and-Craft / autoconstruction-burner-granules-t12894.html but he did not have to pass here ... It was surper what he had done, I would have liked to have news since 2014?
It may be necessary to contact him via his channel youtube ... apparently it is still active!

Re: Self-construction burner pellet REPLICA
Thanks for the doc,
it is a well known pellet burner it is a termocabi I had already conducted my investigation :-)
it's a bit like the Ulma2000,
looking for a little bit on google https://www.ulmapellet.fr/pi%C3%A8ces-d ... h%C3%A9es/
we find the spare parts including the electronic management of Ulma is a Zelio hidden behind in the hull of "decoration" of the burner is incidentally what dede used and I too will do the same I find quite simple programming the zelio with the zelio soft
I try to advance this weekend, for mine I tried to manufacture a Palazetti style lock, for lack of material, I left on the construction of a horizontal worm in a square tube, yes I well said square lol ...
I need to order gearmotors ......
I explain that in photo it will be easier
because the outbreak of fuel oil that motivates me even more

Re: Self-construction burner pellet REPLICA
So little picture of the Version 2.xx version I disregard all the mods I tried for the escalation
Here a prototype for tests encouraging the principle of a Palazzetti style lock
3.0 Version:
As I said in a previous post not having the hardware so I turned to a worm system
on the same principle as in my test silo
in principle it gives that:
