Medical liability of doctors who would be involved in anti-Covid vaccination

Exchanges between the AIMSIB association with the council of the order. Instructive.

Case to be continued. (No doubt in court ...)

Robob
excellent article from AIMSIB as usual. The provaccines should take the time to read it, that would prevent them from saying we didn't know! Fortunately, there are still judicial institutions which are still independent of corporate and industrial interests.

I have divided !

Everything is summed up in one sentence:

"The National Council of the Order of Physicians can therefore only note the priority given to the requirements of drug and medical equipment manufacturers"

We live in a state of law and any citizen is free to refuse the care offered to him from the moment the doctor has had clear, loyal and appropriate information about him, according to the Code of medical ethics.

Nevertheless, given the damage that this virus has done on populations over 65, it seems difficult to have an anti-vaccine discourse, especially since we have no currently really effective therapy against Covid and the documented results show a real efficacy of the vaccine.

Also, even if the vaccine is recent, the hindsight is brief, we are still as in medicine faced with eternal questions of the benefit / disadvantage; and this must be done in a unique conference between the doctor and his patient, in a relationship of trust.
Until proven otherwise, the most important is the benefit / risk ratio. : Wink:

except that currently, we are talking about (immediate?) benefit but no risk since there is not enough hindsight to judge! As for the document, apart from marketing, the doctors have no complete file on the product. So it's on the cusp!
