Bullshit and idiocy around the Coronavirus (actions, words, decisions ...)

How to stay healthy and prevent risks and consequences on your health and public health. occupational disease, industrial risks (asbestos, air pollution, electromagnetic waves ...), company risk (workplace stress, overuse of drugs ...) and individual (tobacco, alcohol ...).

certainly not izmentrop, an unenlightened member of the pseudo-zetetic sect where non-sagacity is the rule through its superstitious fake news.

accusatory reversal on the part of this troll...

it is indeed kaka latombe who lost his case against C Perronne (and also against M Wonner)

31 may 2024.
NEW JUDICIAL VICTORY for Professor PERRONNE.
■Trial of the documentary Hold Up: Professor Perronne Relaxed!

In November 2020, the documentary Hold Up, which criticized the health measures taken in France to fight the Covid-19 epidemic, caused a stir.

The documentary, which would be viewed more than 12 million times in a few months, presented the controversy surrounding the use of hydroxychloroquine. The documentary gave the floor to Professor Perronne who explained his position on hydroxychloroquine, a position contrary to that supported by the government (ban on hydroxychloroquine in order to treat patients with COVID).

On January 29, 2021, Professor Karine LACOMBE, infectious disease doctor, head of the infectious diseases department at Saint-Antoine hospital, filed a complaint for defamation against Professor PERRONNE for the comments he made in the documentary Hold Up concerning the management of the Covid-19 health crisis and in particular the ban on hydroxychloroquine.

Professor Perronne then made the mistake of saying: “It is a shame for me because there are billions of people on the planet who have taken either hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine. But then when the drug agency cried wolf, saying there are a lot of heart attacks, the heart attacks were not at all due to hydroxychloroquine, they were due to the virus responsible for Covid-19. .

Thus, through this procedure, Karine Lacombe attempted to muzzle a doctor who had an opinion contrary to hers and that of the government regarding the Covid health crisis.

During the hearing which was held on April 5, 2024 before the 17th Criminal Chamber of the Paris Judicial Court, I was able to argue that it was not up to a criminal court to decide on a scientific debate concerning the use of hydroxychloroquine.
I also discredited the scientific experts who had been produced by Karine Lacombe in order to contradict the remarks made by Professor Perronne, by demonstrating that they were not up to date with the data acquired from science when they were not not able to cite the latest study published by the IHU of Marseille on October 30, 2023, which describes the evolution of COVID patients treated within the IHU-MI of Marseille in 2020 and 2021 (“Outcomes after early treatment with hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin: An analysis of a database of 30,423 COVID-19 patients).

Therefore, it is logical that the 17th Chamber has just acquitted Professor Perronne for his comments made in the documentary Hold Up, these not constituting the offense of defamation to the extent that the Professor Perronne did not target any specific natural or legal person in his remarks, and in any event, did not target Professor Lacombe.

Thus, after having won all the proceedings brought against him before the ordinary courts, concerning the comments he may have made during the Covid crisis, this is a new victory for Professor Perronne, who comes confirm
that a doctor can have an opinion different from that expressed by a colleague, and state it publicly.

MASTER THOMAS BENAGES.

Sorry, but you continue to misunderstand... already, this is not a trial but a hearing of the "COVID subcommittee", so he does not risk "the death penalty", and then, everything (or a large part) your paranoid "narrative" is undermined "all you have to do is read" the essence of the transcription:

again and again insults!!
Who talked about Fauci's trial?

I will only take a small part of his answers under oath and that commits him to the maximum for the future!!
(I will overlook his many contradictions during these hearings)

he said “People who refused COVID vaccine “probably responsible for additional 200-300K deaths in US”
it's easy to see that he's pedaling through serious semolina... and multibobard seems small with his 17000 deaths

According to Izy, there are honest courts and dishonest courts.

For Izy, dishonest courts should be judged by honest courts. : Oops:

Izy would come to testify and argue against dishonest court judges:
