marianne is not a scientific reference. If we look at the multitude of newspaper titles, there is not one with the same title. The only valid reference It’s just the minute of the trial! Who had access to it?

GuyGadeboisLeRetour »10/12/23, 17:08
And the Paris Court of Appeal, is it a “legal reference”? No need for scientific reference to qualify a usurpation of title. He's not a doctor, he takes the title, he doesn't have the right, he's condemned. Point bar.

Always the same zigoto! We ask for THE original official document and failing to achieve it, he insists on being satisfied with any review of these journalists whom he also burns. That’s bipolar narcissists!
But it's his habit to only believe what proves him right via his usual navel-gazing!
Of course he is not a doctor, like us, but doctor of medicine molecular biology which is worth more than just a basic medical degree in the lab.
So how does Guitou then qualify the idol Pasteur who was just an ordinary chemist, without medical qualifications, and whom the entire current Western university conventional medical profession recommends, while they call it charlatanism.
Oh guys, come to terms with your superstitious beliefs.

The only valid reference is the condemnation of the charlatan who usurped the title of doctor. His Harvard diploma does not allow him to apply for it, much less to practice.

and he insists on the chattarbé. Show us where it is written on the minutes of the trial, not on a magazine where his colleagues also formulate everything and anything. like most ignorant journalists like Julien Pain, also the reference friend of Izmenteur!
But even though si you are right, it is indeed that Pasteur, unable to claim the title of doctor (as a chemist only) or to practice, was indeed a "charlatan". Thank you, thus and according to you, for having confirmed it!
Doctor

Wikipedia
https://fr.wikipedia.org › wiki › Doctor
A doctor is a health professional holder of a doctor of medicine degree or, in France of a state diploma of doctor of medicine.

[*] doctor of medicine, all the same! In our country there is no doctor without a doctorate in medicine.

Yeah, well he doesn't have any of that, which prohibits him from practicing while claiming this title. Hence his conviction. And the problem is not there, but here:
Janic wrote:you would know that any "parallel" therapist clearly indicates that the medical prescriptions of the attending physician should not be abandoned.

And that's not true when it comes to your clown and the crazy old lady.
Sometimes, trust placed in naturopathy can even turn into tragedy. Camille's companion, who testifies to our team, was a convinced follower. To treat her cancer, her naturopath asked her to fast and above all, according to her, to stop her chemotherapy. The man she accuses is Miguel Barthelery, a fan of fasting and raw vegetables. After several months of this treatment, Camille's companion is extremely weakened. He writes to his naturopath who does not seem to realize the seriousness of the situation. Miguel Barthelery has since been sentenced to two years in prison for illegal practice of medicine - but has appealed.

"Overnight, he left his oncologist. Madame Grosjean told him: 'It's not good, medicine is not for you. I'm going to treat you with my own method,'" says -he. When you're at the end, you'll believe this person. She sold him a dream." Jean's father stops his chemotherapy on the advice of the naturopath. Three months before his death, when he was exhausted, Irène Grosjean encouraged him to refuse any medical treatment and even promised him that, "in a short time, (he will be) much better", assures Jean.

Faced with the deterioration of his father's state of health, he accompanied him to a consultation and filmed with his phone. Stunned by the naturopath's speech, Jean questions her: "How is it that you refused to have him transfused? That's not chemo. If he needs it..." Irène Grosjean refutes : "It's another person's blood, poisoned blood. I don't agree. He's had enough of his own. Poisoned blood, you have to clean it up."

Personal opinion, not an official minute of the trial. Where did you hide it?
Hence his conviction. And the problem is not there, but here:
On the contrary, France, country of the hero Pasteur, only admits its references are by no means universal in the world where different ancestral medicines are completely legal to provide care. For example in India where three different medicines are legally recognized, these same doctors would be qualified as charlatans in France! Can you explain it to us?
And that doesn't answer the question: Was Pasteur a charlatan by today's standards?

Janic wrote:

Coming from an ignorant idiot, like Izy, this kind of consideration has no legal value. On the contrary, every naturopath clearly indicates, to protect themselves against the law, that the...etc!
However, if a patient goes to consult a naturopath it is precisely because the prescriptions... do not satisfy him, otherwise he would stay with his usual doctor. Elementary my dear Wat...guy!
Afterwards, if it is the patient's choice, there is no legislation opposing it.
Moreover, many people bring medicines from abroad that are not legal in France, including H, just as women had abortions abroad (before legalization) or euthanasia elsewhere at the end of their lives. The world is changing, you have to get used to it and not stick with Dr Knock or Molière.
As for the testimony of families who did not agree with the patient's choice, it is classic to look for someone responsible/guilty, now that the individual is deceased and can no longer say anything!
But strangely these families do not turn against the doctors, if they have such frequent failures statistically. In short, dying legally is good, but dying illegally is bad! Can you explain it?

It was you who wrote it "you would know that any "parallel" therapist clearly indicates that the medical prescriptions of the attending physician must not be abandoned" ... indeed, and how false it is regarding of the two examples given, it therefore comes from an ignorant idiot "Izy style"... only worse.

How to obtain trial minutes?
You can request a copy of a court decision using the Cerfa form n°11808 or on plain paper. Your request can be made by simple letter or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. You must send the request to the registry of that jurisdiction.

That's it, and if you're interested in check that the trial went well, that there is no formal defect and that the judgment is appropriate (or not), get over it and stop making a mess of your world with your thoughts on the idiot. Thanks in advance.

Absolutely, you read correctly… for once.
This is continued at the request of the medical profession during the "discussions" after the successive trials of Mességué, the latter thanking the medical profession for the 'free' publicity it gave him and the ridicule of this body which followed (the mainstreams being less under the thumb of BP /politicians than today). Hence all its products which have carried this indication until now and which all the “parallels” have taken up at heart.
Besides, if you weren't so narrow-minded, you would have read it written fully spelled out on the Casasnovas website
indeed, and as it is false regarding the two examples given, it therefore comes from an ignorant idiot "Izy style"... only worse.
Indeed: either you are very misinformed, at best, or you lie voluntarily like Izy, it is you who chooses between being an ignorant idiot or a liar!

Ce forum is soluble in arbitrariness, atheistic religions, evolutionism born from conspiracy and the obscurantism of ignorance

Thank you for the info ! but if you have difficulty understanding French there are good teachers who can help you rather than screwing up your world with your stupid thoughts.
A) I have no doubt about the progress of the trial, nor about formal defects, etc... these people know their job, them !
b) my question was about the important nuances that the reviews presented as their truth and how many actually expressed what the trial minutes said and not about their interpretation of it!
c) you criticize the “they say that” of mainstream newspapers enough to understand that nothing beats going back to the source.
Having seen this, was Pasteur a charlatan? Yes or no !

He was convicted of illegal practice of medicine. That's all you need to remember. And on appeal, too. Charlatan.

so Pasteur was indeed a charlatan, according to your criteria, since he, a simple chemist, practiced the illegal exercise of medicine!? THANKS! : Cheesy:
