The plaintiffs' lawyer, Me Protat, contacted today, declared: “By claiming that there are no side effects from vaccination against Covid-19 when hundreds of thousands of cases are listed in France, 25% of which are serious, the Minister of Health used fraudulent maneuvers. »

On the action brought by Professor Perronne and Xavier Azalbert, Me Protat explains: “The aim of this action is to re-establish the truth of the figures so that everyone can make an informed choice in accordance with the right to free and informed consent, and re-establish the dignity of the victims who are treated here as if they did not exist at all. »

Me Protat is surprised that journalist Léa Salamé did not challenge the minister on his statements. “It is its duty, for such a subject of general interest, to fully respect the Munich Charter in order to provide complete and impartial information to listeners. »

In August 2023, the Council of State validated the sanction of ARCOM (Regulatory Authority for Audiovisual and Digital Communication) against CNews for an interview with Professor Perronne with journalist Ivan Rioufol, because the latter had not invited of contradictor. The question therefore arises: why did Léa Salamé let Aurélien Rousseau speak without contradictor and also without reestablishing the facts on such an important subject?
