In addition, like many houses from the 50s to 90s, the woods were treated with toxic PCP and therefore take care that you do not breathe this treatment of wood through leaks from the roof inwards and ventilate the frame, like many French (serious illnesses, lungs, cancers !!)

NB for the sustainable dev tax credit on exterior insulation
wood cladding is expected 40% of the installation amount included ...
but only the insulation is taken into account
not the wink of wood which is not recognized as insulating
