polyurethane
Or a sloping mesh eaves that can leave space for cleaning the windows.
Good for aesthetics, that's another subject. It must be possible to unroll a net away from the glazing as soon as the hailstones come.

For town planning, just do the glazing.
Accept the breakage. Initially the insurance reimburses (natural disaster), then personal anti-hailstones measure, after the insurance warning shot.
If it is a canvas that unfolds, it can be used to attenuate the sun in the summer.

The good German way to build passive

89 €, VAT included, is the price of a passive terraced house in Germany of some 000 m² designed by the company Isolux based in Saxony.

Isolux If for this amount the floor coverings are not included, it should nevertheless be noted that this passive house is equipped with a Canadian well, a centralized ventilation, triple-glazed joinery, natural stone window sills, electric blinds… Its annual heating cost does not exceed 110 €. The construction process is based on concrete walls insulated with extruded polystyrene. It is patented.

This means that the German way of building, by prefabricating as much as possible, is clearly the right one when it comes to reducing costs.

In addition to the delivery of turnkey houses to interested building owners, the company also offers its various building components to companies in the sector in Germany.

Yes nets or canvas are possible but you need a gas plant to deploy them automatically in case of hail or leave a net permanently that will be damaged with bad weather (lychens, mosses, algae)

Not including the "Polyurethane" alone? : Lol:

I don't know where you get the PV prices from?
here : Arrowd: 390 € for a PV of 1.6m² (taking the best of the page) : Arrow: We arrive at € 54 for the sensors alone.
It's still a budget too : Lol: but it is more reasonable.

Youtube channel with a lot of ideas.

Responses from town planning:
The town planning accepts the slate-colored steel tank roof, necessarily 2 slopes and necessarily between 35 ° and 55 °.
The interest of this roof being the price and durability.

The flat green roof is also accepted.

Another point, given that the land is at risk of flooding:
the construction of a timber frame house is not prohibited either by the subdivision regulations or by the PLU; however, given that we are in the blue zone of the PPRi, constructions must comply with article 4 of the subdivision regulations, namely “the adaptation of materials and equipment to immersion…. ".
Consequently, a construction project for a timber frame house will be submitted to the opinion of the Risk and Crises Office of the DDT for validation.

Clearly, I strongly recommend a barge with a green roof : Lol:
