Little useful info but there is some
The average temperature in Stockholm in January is -3 ° C (27 ° F). For Marie Granmar and Charles Sacilotto, it can get much warmer thanks to the greenhouse that covers their house. “For example, at the end of January, it can be -2 ° C outside and it can be 15 to 20 ° C upstairs,” explains Sacilotto.
He was inspired to build a house in a greenhouse thanks to his relationship with architect Bengt Warne who started designing the first Naturhus (House of Nature) in 1974 *.
Originally, Sacilotto was looking for a vacant lot to build a brand new Naturhus, but eventually settled in an old summer house on the Stockholm archipelago.
Using Warne's design, he covered the little summerhouse, plus an addition, in 4mm glass. The footprint of the greenhouse is almost double that of the house, leaving plenty of room for an enveloping garden, and as inside the bubble it is a Mediterranean climate, the couple now cultivate atypical products for the Sweden (ex: figs, tomatoes, cucumbers).
The favorite place is the glass covered roof terrace. Since there is no longer a need for a roof, the couple have removed it and now have plenty of space to sunbathe, read or play with their son on swings and bikes.
The greenhouse is not the only novelty of the Granmar-Sacilotto house. They are also completely independent of the city sewers. Built by Sacilotto - an engineer by training - the sewage system begins with a urine-separating toilet and uses centrifuges, cisterns, grow beds and garden ponds to filter water and compost leftovers .
* In the video, Granmar mentions the influence of architect Bengt Warne in the 1990s since this is the date he reached a wider audience with the release of his book.http://faircompanies.com/videos/view/...

The price of a “turnkey” passive house amounts, according to the lowest estimate, to € 1 per m² (300). Depending on the costs charged on the builders' quotes, your project may amount to € 1 per m². The overall average is around € 3 per m² (000). https://www.ootravaux.fr/construction-r ... ssive.html
