The only risk is to end up with poorly prepared / poorly finished insulation work. You just have to be a little vigilant, and do not hesitate to make certain preparations yourself: ensure the installation of any vapor barrier(s), possible repair of the walls and floors of areas to be sealed, sheathing of electrical cables and clogging of small lanes of air to polyurethane foam. In short, it would be well to clean up too, upstream of the insulation (before crying "wolf"), this is the basis. lol

It is with a price per kWh at around 35 cents, on condition of consuming everything.

Without anything special, management, consuming up to 50% on average is already very good.

With the tempo, you pay an average of 15 cents per kWh per year.

Attention, I am not saying that one should not invest.

You have to invest, but knowing roughly what it costs, and not how much you can earn.

With new, you have for about 4000€ currently 3 kWp, to assemble yourself.

2 years ago, we were closer to 3000€.

It's a little cheaper than that at Alma Solar...read these 3 articles:

https://www.econologie.com/realiser-son ... r-en-2023/
https://www.econologie.com/solaire-phot ... 400w-alma/
https://www.econologie.com/installer-de ... ergetique/

Much less than 0.5€ per Wc panel (until 0.29 excl. VAT at the end of 2021!) + Inverter + wiring + rail that amounts to less than 1€ per Wc self-assembly installation (unless very few Wc...). ..

Without the inverter I had had it for 0.65 € including tax / Wp at the end of 2021... and with the inverter it would have been less than 1 € / Wp in any case...

Ah, but there we mustn't have to deal with an RGE who takes "My Renovation Bonus" in his pocket...necessarily... : Mrgreen: should perhaps review the name and replace Ma in Sa or Their... : Lol: : Lol: : Lol:

Ah yes I forgot the delivery in my price (about 100€)...but it's included in the 0.65€/Wp...

Hello seems less pro to me than Alma...but hey, you always have to contradict me, have you read the 3 articles? Because we had spent time doing the comparisons...

After everyone does what he wants: easier to post a link on a forum what to do with a solar self-installation...

In self-construction, with approx. 5'000 / 6'000€ you make an ITE of a house of <100m2

I think that if you have a budget, it would be good to always start by saying not to neglect saving energy BEFORE you start producing it.

We will say that with 3000Wp, you produce 3000 kWh a year to simplify, to make 3000€, with the delivery and the missing dolls.

There, you consume about 1000 to 1500, changing your habits, washing machine at noon, etc .....

1000 kWh at 20 cents, that makes you €200 a year. 15 years to amortize.

but if you have an electric balloon, and you put a "router" you will heat your balloon a good part of the year, and you will easily be at 2000 kWh of consumption, 400€ per year. Router 300€, total at 3300€ / 400, about 8 years old.

Very schematic, everyone will have their own consos, some have large installations and reach 90% use.

90% of 3000 kWh, 2700 kWh, at 20 cents, €540, a little over 6 years to make the investment profitable.

But the tempo offer, turns everything upside down a bit....

Well uh, already "heating water with electricity" (DHW in a thermal tank) doesn't that give amazing performance...?

I mean that when you have the possibility, that is to say at the beginning of the operations, why immediately embark on an ineffective track...? To waste as we go, what we collect? (and which will not be put to better use)

Yes, especially since most of your annual production will be done during peak blue day hours, i.e. at a valuation of 12,49c€/kWh, and not 20 as in your example.
