A debate has settled in Auvergne: yes or no to the incinerator?

Many voices are raised to denounce the danger for the population including doctors and scientists, and on the other hand it would be a good solution ...

And yes ... there is no clean solution with waste. The packaging should be reduced and they should all be cardboard or paper, with well organized collection and recycling ...

How many conditional and subjective !! :|
