Do an internet search on "peak oil" or look at Christophe's docs on the forum econology.

Basically, we have 20 years and the rise of China, India and South America will cause very strong energy tensions to the point of making supplies impossible.

1) Despite what we hear, it's not a crisis because a crisis is supposed to be a intense but brief phenomenon (and reversible)... but it is neither one nor the other with oil ... the term crisis is therefore not suitable I think ...
