Better = faster despite traffic congestion. The cost is not mentioned. Duration is the main criterion for the (normal) worker.

I saw this report.

The problem is not ready to be solved and the car is no longer used to go from the "dormitory" suburbs to the "work" suburbs.

And it should not be only in Paris that the problem arises.

I don't even dare imagine the quantity of pollutants coming out of the exhausts in the Ile de France region in the areas crossed by highways .... and there is no question of CO2.
