Paris: the eldest son of Éric Zemmour, at the origin of a serious accident in a state of intoxication (alcohol level of 1,6 grams), indicted

PARISIAN INFO. Two people were seriously injured in the accident that Hugo Zemmour is suspected of having caused on Saturday morning in Paris. The young man was indicted and placed under judicial supervision this Monday at the start of the afternoon.
(One refusal of priority, and two seriously injured.) https://www.leparisien.fr/faits-divers/ ... PKIO4E.php

It is almost 15 p.m. on Monday when Hugo Zemmour, with drawn features, rushes with his brother, Thibault, into a taxi, rue du Bastion, in front of an exit from the Paris court (XNUMXth arrondissement). He has just left the cabinet of the investigating magistrate, to whom a judicial investigation has been entrusted, following the road accident which left two seriously injured, Saturday, in the XNUMXth arrondissement of Paris, as we have revealed this weekend.

According to our information, Éric Zemmour's eldest son has just been indicted for involuntary injuries resulting in total incapacity for work (ITT) less than or equal to three months, with two aggravating circumstances: his positive blood alcohol level, and the violation manifestly deliberate of a particular obligation of prudence or safety. Finally, the investigating judge retained another offense: transport of a category D weapon. Because a knife was found in the car driven by the young man.
Prohibition of driving and carrying a weapon

Hugo Zemmour was then placed under judicial control, "including in particular the prohibition to drive any vehicle, the prohibition to carry a weapon, and an obligation of care", confirms the Paris prosecutor's office. The young man had been referred Sunday evening, at the end of his police custody in the premises of the Service for the judicial treatment of accidents (STJA). The judicial information was opened on Monday morning.

The facts took place on Saturday morning, shortly after 7 a.m. Hugo Zemmour was driving at high speed, driving his car, when he allegedly refused priority and hit a scooter ridden by two people, at the corner of rue Vaugirard and rue Cassette. The driver of the machine, seriously injured in both legs, was transported to the Kremlin-Bicêtre University Hospital (Val-de-Marne).

His passenger was evacuated to the Beaujon hospital in Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine). But their lives are not in danger. Analyzes carried out on the young man of 25 years would have revealed a rate of 1,6 g of alcohol per liter of blood. A blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit. But Hugo Zemmour would have asked for a counter-analysis of blood. The young man's lawyer, Me Olivier Pardo, declined to make a statement.

Mash potatoes !!!

What is this picture ! It's a real (strange) building site...

(The father's son morality, delinquent of the roadway... it doesn't give a damn)

But hey... indeed, it remains a news item that feeds the social networks and the media in need...a bit like those who feed Father Zemmour's speech (the circle is complete).

Tourist submarine disappears while diving on Titanic, rescue mission triggered

A submarine used to take tourists closer to the wreck of the Titanic has disappeared in the Atlantic Ocean, triggering a rescue mission, the Boston Coast Guard told the BBC on Monday, June 19, 2023. . There would be five people on board, reports “The Guardian”.

Eight-day shipping at $250

Having the chance to integrate the expedition, however, requires paying the price. This usually lasts eight days and costs $250. In practice, any company that can afford to build a submarine can dive into these international waters in search of wreckage. The dives are nevertheless carried out around the wreck and not on it.

Re: SMALL PRECISIONS

The chances that the five people who sat in the Titan will be found alive are microscopic.

Un, finding the submersible is the equivalent of looking for the proverbial needle in the legendary haystack.

Two, even if found, successful submarine rescue operations at these depths are extremely rare. These operations are said to be staggeringly complex.

Trois, if the Titan is stuck against the wreck of the Titanic bogged down in the bottom of the North Atlantic, an excruciating death awaits the five occupants waiting for the supply of oxygen to run out, in the darkest darkness complete.

Fourand the mini submarine - who was not certified by any competent authority — gave way under the immense pressure of the ocean, the occupants had the grace of an extremely rapid death, the equivalent of turning off the light.

Canadian and American ships, aided by military aircraft, are currently trying to locate the Titan, who was apparently not equipped with an emergency beacon. Huge efforts are underway to try to save the lives of the five people who are aboard the Titan. I have nothing against these efforts, it is about human lives: you will not hear me denounce the cost of these efforts.

Now I put white gloves over my white gloves: these people ran after their loss, through their very, very big fault and above all, for absolutely nothing.

For example, we know that OceanGate Expeditions has fired an employee who sounded the alarm a few years ago about the Titan's design flaws. A 2022 CBS report shows how lightly OceanGate Expeditions took the safety of its submersible.

Paying US$250 for the privilege of exploring the wreckage of the Titanic in a junk submarine is a bit like car surfing: you should know that you might not end well. At least the teenagers who hurt themselves trying to defy the laws of physics sitting on the roof of a Honda Civic have the excuse of being young and crazy.
