I bought in 2004, no DPE at that time. Since then I have insulated from the outside, under the roof, from the inside and under the ceiling for the living rooms. Replaced windows with double glazing...

We can have an overview by online simulator, the problem is to find the closest to reality.

- https://www.effy.fr/simulateur/bilan-energetique : only asks for the type of glazing for the windows and nothing about the thickness and type of insulation.
Very advantageous result of class B.

- That of ENGIE https://www.monespaceprime.engie.fr/dia ... tique.html In addition to EFFY's questions, the number of windows is asked, with or without shutters
Result much worse: class E 256.7 kWhEP / m2.year

Do you know a more realistic simulator?

Class D for EDF https://particulier.edf.fr/fr/accueil/e ... te-energie
Class D also for Leroy Merlin (more searched) https://www.leroymerlin.fr/services/dia ... tique.html

We will stick to this class D 151 to 230 kWh/year with a consumption of around 4000 kWh/year from the heat pump
