There was also a version integrating PACA when it was a particularly fragile region like Brittany, due (in particular) to a little redundant network, where the loss of a main line was difficult to compensate.
There have since been major RTE works, whether in Brittany or in PACA, which has clearly improved the situation.
There, it's an Ecowatt that essentially concerns the production/consumption balance, we don't really hear about network weaknesses anymore.

* or a lack of power produced
* or insufficient lines to transport it.

For this winter, we are not dealing with a problem of infrastructure, but of production.
