In France, vitamin D requires a prescription (Zymad, Zymaduo, Adrigyl, Uvedose), on the other hand, vitamin D3 (food supplement) not.

I knew that it could be obtained easily, but I always took the one on prescription, which anyway is just as affordable as the others (but / and also we know the seriousness of Germanic labs ...)

And after reading your link, there are still people who will support you that our biochemistry does not play on infinitesimal things ...

What I said for the dosage was therefore perfectly correct, and that you should consult your doctor as well. It is not so trivial as it sounds ... And it is much better 2x 500 IU than once 1'000 IU

Now to overdose vitamin “D” you have to go there already, lifeguards who watch the beaches must exceed between 10x to 50x these doses (but the precautionary measures are multifactorial, the article is still well done ...)

You have to be careful with capsules and other presentations that sometimes give you the dose of a week in a single intake (to be avoided of course).

You need D3 because vitamin D is more easily found (already included in other foods or completely).
After feedback is always welcome ...

It's just a Remdesivir bis, with the carcinogenic side to it. A straw !

Covid-19: A Controversial Antidepressant Study

fast on this one the Figaro! : Oops:

It's stupid, Véran would have had better and cheaper than the other shit of Molnupiravir at $ 700 that he will end up trying to pass on to Africans when she shoots a Chinese on vacation in Paris who accidentally nabbed the covid. ..
