Rather, it would be a question to ask a doctor, who could make a real diagnosis and find the real cause of the sleep disorder (which could be a symptom of a disease). With regard to the more natural methods, one could add:!. Mediation, guided in particular (I find that following a voice allows you to relax more and to be in a passivity inviting to sleep) 2. A very hot shower, which releases endorphins 3. Writing in a notebook of all thoughts 3. Viewing of an ASMR SPA-type relaxation video (lack of funds for a real SPA session). 4. The use of synergies of essential oils.
