This blows there OK, but there are others who weigh much more than me :P

I didn't listen, I just opened the transcription tab ... It doesn't seem like he mentioned the linky, yet it has a role to play last time before the disaster, they can be shed from a distance if neighborhood load shedding is not possible?

RTE is high voltage distribution. I do not see RTE having control over the Linkys which are in distribution and therefore no longer the responsibility of Enedis.

RTE does not quibble on hundreds of thousands of specific lines but on large stations of this kind:
