Advances in the fight against the coronavirus

How to stay healthy and prevent risks and consequences on your health and public health. occupational disease, industrial risks (asbestos, air pollution, electromagnetic waves ...), company risk (workplace stress, overuse of drugs ...) and individual (tobacco, alcohol ...).

Has a new variant of SARS-CoV-2 appearing specifically for children? This is one of the hypotheses on the table after the discovery of a baby carrying a viral load 51.418 times higher than normal for children his age at the Children's National Hospital in Washington.

Yet another new anxiety-inducing con of this garbage site that is Futura.sciences:

What you must remember :
"The child, who was seen in September and has since recovered": this is in the source article of the W. Post (which is no better).
https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2 ... iral-load/
So we don't give a damn about the viral load level in September, 6 months ago, on a baby who is doing very well now and obviously has not infected the rest of the US. : Mrgreen:
Frankly why bring this out now? It's to sell us more Vaccine or Bamlanivimab (another special Macron breakthrough in the fight against covid).

Tissue damage is therefore mainly due to viral replication inside the heart, and not to inflammation.

Another anxiety-provoking article for nothing.

=> Either there is infection, and it is the vector of inflammation ... it's a bit the same thing except that it is not bacterial (or other)

=> Either there is NO inflammation, and in this case there is NO viral replication!

So it's either fake news, or it's badly titled / explained, no :?:
Because indeed, a viral replication in the heart, it must not do good, except that it necessarily happens at the same time, suddenly I do not understand the idea of dissociating the two :!:

Infection / inflammation, what's the difference?
Infection refers to the invasion and multiplication of a pathogen in the body, WHILE inflammation is the body's protective (usually simultaneous) response against infection. Inflammation is a complex process involving various types of immune cells, clotting proteins, and signaling molecules, all of which change over time.

Simultaneous, because before the virus arrives at a pre-infection situation, the immune system is already starting to fight, but not yet inflammation.

The point 1 year later ... will we talk about it again in 1 year?

The emergence of SARS-CoV-2 and its spread across the planet is an unprecedented opportunity for virologists to witness the development of a new coronavirus “live”. Equipped with better-performing tools than ever to analyze the causes and consequences, what have they learned over the past year? Anne Goffard, coronavirus specialist, summarizes the current state of knowledge.

Hè bèh ... To be verified, but from Israeli sources : Arrowd:

If we get vaccinated we therefore have a 10% bad luck of catching covid in the following months. (source: Government of Israel)
As Pédro2488 says, “everything is going well” : Shock:

Alexandra Henrion-Caude, hadn't she said that vaccination opened a royal road to the virus? Hmm ...

Whereas if we do not get vaccinated:
- we have less than 0,8% bad luck to end up in the hospital.
- we have less than 0,03% bad luck to die from it.

And this “on average” without distinction of age or particular prevention ...
This means that for those who never have the flu, almost no chance of getting a serious form one day.

And how much does Madame Alexandra Henrion-Caude estimate the probability of catching covid and of having disabling sequelae, recurrent fatigue, or even heart or neurological damage?

It also seems to me to be information to take into account, there is not only the risk of death.

How much has the government estimated this same number for having banned, without valid reason, chloroquine, even much more.

that's right, but there are deaths that would have been avoided if BP, hidden behind these kinds of decisions, had not seen it as a big loss of money.
