Another predator in the vegetable garden, especially in winter and in the frames, the field mouse.
A fine example of a couple.

Hi,
I didn't notice much damage from field mice. What I especially noticed is that they are opportunists and recover the galleries left by the voles.

Voles I had a lot less than last year. Just a puffed chard root, seen in time, I was able to harvest the odds.

Grilled on the barbecue ... It must do it ... It is a rodent like the rabbit .... Personally in survival mode I will not ask myself any questions ...

after catching the parents, it is the turn of the young, but it is rare to take the latter.

a vole at the top and a rat at the bottom, both caught in the snow. But the rat in the Chinese fag was hiding under BRF and got caught only after I saw him run away by trapping the vole, because I never imagined that he would take up his winter quarters there. . Chinese traps are good, but with a spring that must be tightened : Cheesy:

The tof trap is old. I have others that I have reinforced with galvanized sheet metal and rivets.
The price of these traps is unbeatable.
