At least one "homogeneous" report, with specific assumptions, particularly in terms of financing.
This was not generally the case with Ademe a decade ago! It was a bit like my grandmother's francs!
So follow, but it is at least a basis that seems consistent in terms of calculation method.

Yep, for hydrogen they stay vague
It is precisely what costs the most and makes this solution completely unrealistic.This part focuses on the cost of transformation
electricity from renewable sources of hydrogen by
the process of electrolysis of water. This cost does not include
no costs required for storage, transportation
and the use of hydrogen (fuel cells) or its
transformation (methanation)…
