I use Malawarebyte Premium ... it's the best but it happens to be a bit paranoid with certain ad scripts ... but a trojan is much more serious!

The free version is identical to the premium detection / cleaning level (when it's not too serious) without real time ...

I run SpyBot Search and Destroy once a week (disabled at startup so as not to conflict with SpyHunter), SpyHunter (paid version) therefore, for real-time protection and of course Windows Defender which is up to the task today from other antivirus and that is free.
Result: Nada.
