Either € 18 * 000kwh = 10kwh or 180% of the gray energy spent

Sorry, I didn't understand the percentage calculation, or what it refers to?
My method (if you can call it that) simply allows you to estimate the amount of gray energy of a manufactured product

My purpose is to demonize concrete, because I repeat in my case no other solution given the black track that constitutes my land. (construction photos if I get my hands on it)

So i resume

Above-ground construction price € 180
In the building industry the share of the workforce is a good 40%
180 * 000% = € 40
So there are 180000-75000 left = € 105 in materials

The embodied energy of the concrete structure therefore represents only 18% of all the "ingredients"

In addition frame, roof, partition, waterproofing, plumbing, drainage, heating, painting and so on ....

Good if someone is motivated to add a column, linear length, height, and Gray energy / m3 on the beautiful spreadsheet (thank you yogurt from futura science) of this page http://pagesperso-orange.fr/mayar/index.html we are saved : Cheesy:

And to be honest, you have to:
- calculate the gray energy of a RT2005 house
- calculate the gray energy of a bbc home
- calculate the heating energy over the life of the building

For example: a BBC house requires A kwh of gray energy and B kwh of heating over the lifetime, while an rt2005 house requires C kWh of gray energy and D kWh of heating.
What interests us is to know if A + B

An article with some interesting figures on gray energy and gray CO2 from the construction sector: https://www.econologie.com/energie-gris ... e-secteur/

It is interesting (and even surprising I would say) to learn that a single house emits less gray CO2 than collective yes offices ... in CO2 / m2 ...
