Beware of arcing!

under 30 KV, in dry air, you already need 4 cm of air between a corona wire and ground to be almost sure not to have it. It is imperative to have a large resistance in series to limit the current to 2 or 3 mA (otherwise, farewell dear diodes)
resistance value: 1 to 10 megohms
power: 30.000 X 0.003 = 90 watts

and I did say in dry air, pcq if the gas coming from the pantone is
1) wet
2) ionized
3) fuel

I have the greatest reservations regarding the effectiveness and safety of the device
