Improving insulation door wooden garage

A little trick to improve the insulation of a wood door in garage for Euro 30:
- A baguette with 2,5m row of bristles - about Euro 25
- A box of stainless steel screws - about 5 euro

The goal is not to make a perfectly hermetic isolation especially since I have a full water tank in my garage, but to limit the movement of air in the garage that communicates through a door with the house.

The 2 / 3 cm of air flow under the door are met.
The strip is cut to the width of each flap.
All slides more or less as before the installation of the stick.

Optimists invented airplanes, parachutes pessimistic. George Bernard Shaw.
Thought personal, I understand better why the big bosses invented the golden parachute.

Pretty!

I put the door flanges on mine and they hold pretty well since 2008: https://www.econologie.com/forums/ponts-ther ... t6613.html

I had some on top too, but it's a tilt and turn garage door so less friction than yours. The sausages are just "plated" ...
