Council change machine motor wood C260n

by methabaron » 27/02/15, 10:09

Hello everyone, I have a 1977 "lurem" brand woodworking machine, more exactly a C260n model. Currently the motor is running at 380 three-phase 2.2 kw, and I would have liked to know if it was possible to replace this motor with an equivalent 220V Kw motor and if the machine was not going to lose power.
If yes, do you know where it is possible to buy this kind of engine or is it interesting to simply rewind it in 220V.
thanks in advance

Do not have fun rewinding given the price of current engines ...

You forgot to specify the power of the model 220 V?

A 2kW 220V motor will have the same "force" as a 2kW 380V motor.

The fundamental difference between a tri and single-phase motor is that sorting can be powered with a star-delta mount, so having a higher starting torque ... If I remember well my electro mechanics lessons. .
