Recover instant data Ecowatt850 radio

Hello all

I want to be able to raise my power consumption on different devices.
for that I get an EcoWatt 850 which records the consumption that passes in a small clamp ammeter and transmits this data to a box where you can read the instantaneous consumption and cumulative data and average. Elink software can read this data via a USB cable.
Once the data is recovered it is possible to save it in excel files.
The problem is that data recovery is simply consumption per hour, so not very accurate.

I would have liked to directly recover the data of the case by interrogating it at the same frequency that the clamp transmits its data ie all 6 s.
But how to interrogate this case?
I thought to make a small software in VB or other to interrogate this box by a USB cable
