Connection for floor heating collector

by matt988 » 05/08/14, 19:28

Hello everybody

To connect my PER BAO to the underfloor heating manifold, I am trying to find out if it is better to have this kind of connection

http://www.plomberie-pro.com/Catalogue/ ... 34-16a.htm

Or rather slip fittings (I already have the clamp)

http://www.plomberie-pro.com/Catalogue/ ... 25077a.htm

To screw on this SOMATHERM manifold

Thanks for your help

my personal opinion:
If both are sold, it is because they are reliable.

Now if you already have the pliers, given the huge price difference between the two models, the question does not even arise.

My concern is to know if it is obligatorily conical or not on the collectors?

Thank you

For that it would be necessary to have the technical notice of the said collector ... A little research on g0 () gle can be?
Otherwise you buy the collector first, you look at how it is made, and you buy the fittings then.
Anyway it is 3/4 "so it must be able to accommodate a classic threaded connection with flat seal.
