Hydro Pellet Stove

Hello,

I plan to heat an osteopathic practice (40m2), with a hydro pellet stove.
This would supply a floor heating and domestic hot water.

What do you think of this solution?
How to heat domestic water in summer?

make sure that the water temperature can be adjusted by a 3-way valve because this is not the case for all hydro stoves.
because in a heated floor, the water temperature must be low.
