Tip heating advice

For a room used very punctually and without chimney exhaust, what heating would you recommend? It is well insulated walls, floor and ceiling but it is 48 m2 and it is to the north. No matter how hard I look, apart from the cursed electricity, I don't see ... And what type of radiator? I had thought of ethanol (soapstone stove) but the only possible ventilation is the roof windows ...
