Storage heater

Hello everyone, I have a question about storage heaters. I would like to know when this type of radiator is installed with a ventilation system, when should I lower or increase this ventilation? And if it is stronger does it consume more? Thank you for your answers :)

Dsl ventilation level I do not know too much. I can say that it is a ventilation at 9 speed or there was marked atmosphere.

a fan that is part of the storage heater?
The harder it turns, the faster it cools the accumulator. And of course, + it turns fast, + it consumes current.
