heat pump not only for cities
you can have both a gasifier and a heat pump, and make a lot more heat than just burning wood
I just highlight a 2nd advantage of this solution: the one who is in the countryside could have gasifier and cogeneration, and sell the electricity produced ... while the one who is in town buys the electricity for a pump has heat!
Here too, EDF must be willing to play its role in optimizing electrical energy.
