Hello
I love fish (more than meat for that matter).
Grilled, en papillote or sushi… Fish has become the king of our plates. The food safety agency puts its feet in the dish: it advises us to moderate our consumption of seafood and rivers because of water pollution.
Increasingly polluted seas and rivers
This is why in this halieutic diet, freshwater fish (barbel, bream, carp, catfish) should be eaten in moderation (twice a month).
They should not be on the menu more than once every two months for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 3 years of age, girls and adolescents.
This population is also invited to moderate their consumption of wild predators (monkfish, wolf or bass, bonito, eel, pomegranate, halibut, pike, sea bream, skate, saber, tuna) and to avoid that of swordfish and shark.
