While I kill myself talking about the respect and protection of works, authors and any original creation, I find it abnormal to repay licenses for functions that have fallen into the public domain, such as: cut / copy / paste functions, open, save, save, read info, etc etc ... And well beyond, since the first versions of Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, XPress, Excel (known by another name at the start) and other DBMS have been there since more than twenty years ... Itou operating systems (Unix has existed since the sixties ...) All this leads straight to the legitimation of jaillbreaking (pirate copy, as it was suggested above, but although " legitimate "it is still illegal) If we take the account, there is not much" original "left in today's programs ... If not proprietary add-ons to maintain its captivated customers, in particular by creating new file formats or new incompatible versions,of no real benefit to users.

If you had not already guessed it, one of the reasons for "clouds computing" is the response of the computer cartel to the fall in the public domain of all the software part of the computers more or less soon. . Since in the long term, ALL the programs will be downloaded on the networks, it is even expected that it will be the same with the operating systems! Thus, licenses or not, a program manufacturer will be able to decide AT ANY TIME on the planned obsolescence of a program, and this is implemented by giving an order via the network (there are already known cases for more than ten years...)

So it's no longer a reader, but light - full applications, including ALL the basic functions of the public domain, possibility to correct or include everything you want, including text - and which should make it unnecessary to purchase or update a program each time you just want to exchange or update data.
