This is called a freestanding mat, like the Effeil tower or more widespread, the candelabra to a lesser extent.

It is also on this solution that I turned. One of 5 meters raised to 9 meters that I am disassembled and a new 10 meters plus raises 2 meters that I am going to tinker with verin history not to force. All I need is the candelabrum. On a base of 2.5 Tons, this should be enough.
