Climate: animation of the water cycle (Nasa)

Animation of the water cycle according to NASA records: cycle of evaporation, atmospheric vapor and precipitation!

The "global" movements of precipitation are relatively constant at this "scale"!

Components of the Water Cycle on Flat Map

Water regulates climate, predominately storing heat during the day and releasing it at night. Water in the ocean and the atmosphere carry heat from the tropics to the poles. The process by which water moves around the earth, from the ocean, to the atmosphere, to the land and back to the ocean is called the water cycle.

The three animations of atmospheric phenomena are generated from the GEOS-5 atmospheric model on the cubed-sphere, run at 14-km global resolution for 25-days. Variables animated here include hourly evaporation, water vapor and precipitation. For more information on GEOS-5 see gmao.gsfc.nasa.gov/systems/geos5. For more information on the cubed-sphere work see science.gsfc.nasa.gov/610.3/cubedsphere.html.

The animation of global ocean surface temperature was created using data from ECCO's Ocean General Circulation Model. See www.ecco-group.org/model.htm for more information on ECCO.

This group of animations is an orthographic view of the data used in the Water Cycle Components.

Already the water cycle in an old thick wall with small cavities is very difficult to understand and to assimilate as aerialcastor shows and yet identical on a small scale to that of the rains on earth !!

We should do an animation of this cycle in the walls and crawl spaces with the motor mechanism small differences of T !!!!
