It is necessary to correct my calculation, because I forgot to divide by 0,082 for the pin which gives 12 hours instead of 1heure and thus the thermal constant is in principle better, around the half day !!
So the problem is maybe also related to the windows or the DF?
What is the heating power needed to heat the 10 ° C home? to compare to that arriving on windows by the sun (how many m2 at least 1 KW?) ??
A simple thermal study of the house in order of magnitude makes it possible to identify the causes.

it's self-construction
the planks is 113mm
basically I have 13m ^ 3 concrete without the tiles
i think the problem comes from the size of the windows south / west and south / east which are too important and ventilation
for the power I can not say but I have a friend who had spun me a little program must I just see if the planks exist in the bdd
but here I am not at home so no access: s
but with a pc it's over that I will have more this problem

113 mm, twice as thick gives 4 times more two days and 13m3 concrete give a nice thermal inertia in the soil and so I do not understand your problem overheating !!!
How much electric power do you need to heat 10 ° C ??
If 1 KW is enough, then the windows can do this power with the sun and a small wood stove makes 3 to 7KW easily ????
At night you have better air directly without VMC to cool with the cool of the night, the slab of concrete 13m3 instead of keeping the heat of the day with the DF VMC ????

with the DF we have a yield of 60% in GV so it cools well anyway the night ^^
in PV we have a yield of 75% is enough to manage the day indeed but in these times of big heat better to extinguish it
on the other hand with a PC it would be better
we heat with a small wood stove in theory 0 electricity but this winter (the first) we had to put some
