These traces around the windows are classic thermal bridges, areas without insulation and the double glazing are non-waterproof false double glazing and you are lucky that the sellers did not hide this with the mold (no CMV) behind a false renovation with some new paint, you wouldn't have seen anything.
It all depends on whether or not the price is very low and your ability to renovate.
Beware of stylish renovated houses, we no longer see these hidden faults !!
