Hello

I am in the process of remaking the insulation of my lost roofs in cellulose wadding.

My goal is to get 20cm.
Except, at the end of the slope of the roof, if I put 20cm, the wadding touches the plastic film below the tiles.

Is it embarrassing?

please

After a lot of reading, I still start to ask myself questions about the green side of the cotton wool.

Indeed we find a lot of somewhat worrying information on boron salt.
On the one hand, some say that it is similar to simple sea salt, and others that it is still bad for your health.

Yesterday, I continued my manual spreading with a mask, and apart from the dust I didn't feel anything more annoying than that but a little headache nonetheless :?

Taking into account the surface to be done (approx 30m²) I told myself that I was going to hire a carding machine, but apparently despite the fact that it is much faster, it also gives off a lot more dust.

I found a complete file on the cellulose wadding that sells L **** M *****.

http://www.isolouate.com/fiche_de_donne ... curite.pdf

It therefore contains:

- 88% cotton wool

- 4% Boric acid: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acide_borique
It is classified reprotoxic

- 8% aluminum hydroxide which does not appear to be harmful
