A thousand apologies but I have a different opinion, these images are extremely negative. Progress can serve man, plastics can be used without harming the environment.
It would rather be a symbol with a positive side.

No need to apologize, you have the right to have a different opinion. It is true that it has a negative connotation but it all depends on the message that you stick to it. If you write for example: "econology, to avoid that" or ".... to no longer see that" or "..... for another economy in the service of ecology", .... it's simple, clear, you immediately understand the message.

Nothing proves it indeed but what is the% age of biodegradable plastics manufactured and sold in the world? 0,00001%?
We see a lot of bottle caps and that is not biodegradable, so it will make even more victims, longer.
