A stirling engine that runs on water at room temperature.
Evaporating water produces cold. This natural phenomenon was also used to design a toy well known to our parents and our grandparents. It is the "diving bird".

Ben .... the energy of water evaporation is well drawn from the ambient air, it is ultimately only an indirect solar motor. Too bad the stirling engine is no longer (or not) taught in engineering school!
