well to keep the water clear, it must be kept in the dark : Cheesy:
filter first, and prevent it from heating up.
If you expect a long dry period, you can put a glass of schnapps in bleach.

100/100 with Phillip, cold stored water in total darkness and a little chlorine (washing bleach).


For the pump well, you can use any pump sold for submersible water fountains and you install a switch to turn it on if necessary, you filter with a charcoal filter at the outlet which will remove chlorine and a sand filter at the entrance that you can make in a storage bin sold on the market.
