Angel wrote:Hi Guidi,
I had a simple idea. We need heat in slow motion. OK. And so not to put the pantone in the horn of catalyst ???.

This is an idea that I also had a long time ago ... Unfortunately it is impossible to do with our means because of the honeycomb design of the catalysts ...

Thank you for brainstorming,
but I prefer to keep the catalytic converter in good condition.
If I do not solve the slow-down pollution problem in time, I'll need it to go into technical control.
This is not a cheap piece (700 €).
I think of an entry above the butterfly with check valve and a calibrated entry under the butterfly. It is necessary to meditate and especially not to rush.
It is only when I have resolved this point that I can consider the commissioning of the secondary injection ramp.
Another problem is that there is only 24 h in a day and there are many other things to do.
Have a good week.

Hello
to have a good depression in slow motion you have 2 solutions:
1) you install a flapper (but it's annoying to adjust)
2) you make a false variable venturi (I can not send a crobard on the post :( I send it to your mel in attachment, if you can diffuse the): rolleyes:.

Thank you Zac and here it is:

Hello
How to use the drawing.
you mold on a cone (bottle of fleet for example) a cone resin with a roving quite fine and a reinforcement on the large diameter, then you do 3 or 4 saw features until the reinforcement.
At low speed you have the closed cone so a maximum depression as soon as the depression is too strong the cone opens and found a sufficient gas passage.

Hello
for Guidi: what's the car like? for the position of the reactor I think the closer to the exhaust pipe is better, right?
