Current Economy and Sustainable Development-compatible? GDP growth (at all costs), economic development, inflation ... How concillier the current economy with the environment and sustainable development.

Read on another forum, a brokerage expert has summed up the situation very well: traders have so far been used to receiving an end-of-year bonus, a commission on profits which up to now amounted to several million €.

However, to receive this bonus in 2009, it suffices to make a "big blow" before the end of the calendar year. Hence the taking of risks à la Kerviel, which should logically become widespread and may accelerate the current crash ...

The few who will have a positive balance despite the crisis have a good chance of retaining their place. And if they lose it they are immune from need for a few years ...

For the others, there is this (to move possibly in the humor section?):

Seen Crispus,

I would rather make them scour the stable with a spatula than give them a PC with Excel :frown:

If at the opening of Eurotunnel you had taken 1000 Euro of shares,
Today
you would still have 27 Euros.

If you had bought Vivendi shares for 1000 Euros,

You would only have 70 Euros left.

If you had bought France Telecom shares for 1000 Euros,

You would have 159 Euros today.

If last year you bought Alcatel shares for 1000 Euros,

You would have 170 Euros today.
On the other hand,

If last year, you bought for 1000 Euros of Jupiler bins,

You would have drunk it all, and

Today,
You would have 380 Euros left ...
Either the highest yield !!!

Ah, the royalities will not be for me! : Mrgreen:

Now I am sure: it is much worse than 1929 which falls on our face ... unless all this is shenanigans "too rich" to further assert their power of domination ...

3rd Round!

Business figures are bad ...

Redégringolade ...

The 4th round will be massive layoffs, if I understood the system correctly. : Mrgreen:
