Uh the ballasts are not (anymore?) Made to be "repaired" ...

Do you still have a starter? If so, maybe he should be changed? I don't have a 100% electronic ballast at home, can the choke be integrated from now on?

Hu? 80 € then it must be electronics ... Is it dimmable?

Are you sure that the neon (in fact must say Luminescent Tube for purists) that you put on it is suitable?

And the warranty?

Check if the tension of your network is sufficient, if
you live in the countryside you can end up with
180 V. I had to go 3 years before going
at 218 V, I hope one day to reach 230 v for
to be able to use my hoist which does not work
not 218 V

To go back to the neon lights, as long as I haven't had
218V there was no way to turn them on.

also check if the heating filaments of the tube are not dead, it happened to me the same kind of thing you be not lighting sometimes until the day or it did not light at all, the 2 filaments grilled, a new tube and off we go.

80 euros .... maybe change the filament to platinum or the quartz to diamond or even the power to gold?

: Arrow: 80 € the ballast is exorbitant. : Shock:

When I looked for it for myself, the prices charged by the electricity suppliers started at 45 € HT and were not available, finally I bought on the net ...

I made a subject under the title electronic ballast fluorescent tubes.

If you do a search on the forum, you will find some other answers.
