Climate-Energy-CO2: should we be wary of the Russians?

The country has large amounts of CO2 credits. And yet the world's largest producer of gas does not seem to be willing to share.

It is not very encouraging for the post-Kyoto negotiations!

Hi !

The Russians are the US gas version.

China is the US coal version ...

No need to worry ... Kyoto or not, it will burn dry hydrocarbon for another 50 years ... :?

Ah yes the triple 20 is just for Europe but for the "rich" countries because Poland or other Slovakia or Romania should not piss them off with the warming because they are too useful for relocation (Renault to begin with ).

Kyoto ended in 2012.

Bah it is pipo all that anyway ... who tapped on the finger (other than morally) of the countries which did not respect Kyoto?

Let them do it and install solar at home ... hurry up because the subsidies will drop in 2009 ...
