I created a plastic adaptation between the butterfly and the collector

It allows to get closer to the venturi cone of the butterfly and not to redo the idle EV

Very good idea, non-destructive!

How much water does it suck in?

manoria68 wrote:At test level, the car runs on multi fuel up to 30 Km / H (after preheating) beyond, I must accelerate more and the engine no longer takes. I think the depression is no longer sufficient in the reactor, I do not know.

Have you tried to make other measurements at the outlet of the reactor, to check that it hangs well (temperature at the outlet of the reactor around 100 ° c)?

Either the vacuum is not sufficient, or your reactor may not have a sufficient diameter to support the flow of the engine?
Finally, I don't know, but on what basis did you define the dimensions of the reactor?
Because on the idea of modifying the richness of your original injectors, I am afraid that you will go to the complete gas plant!
Unless you are tricking directly at the lambda probe, by modifying its signal so that the computer deduces a leaner mixture?

Finally, last question, how do you keep the water and petrol injected into your secondary boom mixed, do you touch them along the way?

Good and good luck, in any case it is moving forward, I would also have to get back on my editing!

Ps: by the way, I don't think that NLC has ever manufactured its signal replicator, from memory it simply proposed this mounting alternative to Patrick Guidi

pantone

by pantrose » 30/10/08, 08:36

Hello,
I adapted a pantone reactor on a CITROEN AX petrol. it is being finalized.
I plan to buy a 4 * 4 lada niva essence 1.7 injection. Is it possible to put a pantone reactor on it?
What should be checked as engine power to reinject the hydrogen into the intake.
Thanks in advance.

Put your AX photos on the blog to see if it's on the right track.

Otherwise, it seems possible for the 4X4 too, but put a photo of the mill there too

Ax photos

Hello.
The axis is in progress. We weld the bubbler. Then we mount the pot.
It will take some time.
But I would put the experiment online without fail.
For the 4 * 4 I have no details on the engine.

Back for news on my editing:

So it works very well, the car has not lost power

In terms of consumption, I note: (only on the highway)

1 L of rapeseed oil absorbed by the pantone saves 2 L of SP 95 or 3 L of E85

The oil is consumed at the rate of 2 or 3 liters per 100 depending on the T °

and...

1 L of water consumed per 100 km saves 1.5L of SP95 (doping only) or 20%

It remains to be seen what it gives in 50/50 water / oil doping and increase the consumption of the pantone to decrease the consumption of fuel if you follow me ...

Now the main thing is to optimize the consumption of pantone

To be continued ...
