Thermal images-Marseille
For Marseilles, it is possible to have the thermal image of your buildings on the site www.marseille.fr environment tab then right service and thermographic map.
Well, for the feignasse, this is the direct link here
Then, just put the name of your street and walk around ... The resolution drops to 1/500 scale and the thermographic image can be superimposed with the aerial photo.
My roof insulation for this winter worked, I have a low loss while at my neighbor's house, it is average
On my housing estate (image below, the area surrounded by a blue line):
1 house in red 0,3% (large loss)
242 houses in yellow 72,9% (average loss)
89 green houses 26,8% (low loss).
In short, the margin of progress is important ...
My house ? There in the cross-linked circle, quarter NE, the highest green ...

I salute the initiative and, sorry for my prejudices, but I am surprised (considering the waste management for example) that a city like Marseille has had such an initiative ...

Re: Thermal images-Marseille
Marseille not only carried out a thermography but was able to publish it on the net !!!
The people of Bordeaux paid for this imagery, but a veto remains for the publication of the maps. You have to "take your car" to go and consult them in an energy info center !!!
Assessment, only people who are really motivated have access to the information, the same people who are able to assess the performance of their attic on their own.

Uh and they may not be giving it to the sellers of Photomerdaïque 6 times less "profitable" than insulation?
