hello everyone I have a baby && "wood combination which I have been using for several months. Yesterday when I turned on the engine it started to start and the leads jumped. I tried again same result. this morning I tried to clean the electric wires a little before then restart and the weights jumped directly. I will try to post a photo of the electric box but am no more gifted in computers than in electricity so it may take some time!
merci pour votre aide

Hi. I think we should already disconnect everything, unravel, and redo connections without twisting the wires. Afterwards, it may not be enough, but already it would be a good start. The capacitor may be dead. Another track. Dirty coals can also cause certain "malfunctions".

this motor is an asynchronous motor ... It has no carbon ...

The only thing safe in the future. It is that there may chance that it conforms to our expectations ...

If it is indeed the pellets which jump and not the differential, it is that there is a short circuit. In the worst case, it is the winding which has burnt out (normally, it leaves an odor). A mild case would be a short circuit in the capacitor, which is easy to change. The most benign would be a short juice between wires, but it must be seen, maybe because of the corrosion. There remains the possibility that the motor mechanically blocks for one reason or another, a phenomenon which causes an overcurrent.
You have to unplug and see it all with an ohm-meter.

Well that's already a problem eliminated.

an electrical box not very nice.
but if you have an earth leak ... 30mA is enough to blow up.
frankly this case deserves to be redone, full of rust and threads in bad condition.
I'm not sure if the problem is with the engine.

What do you mean by "blow up the pellets"?
Has your general circuit breaker opened?
Or a 30mA differential circuit breaker upstream of your machine?
Or really "leads", or a circuit breaker specific to the power supply of your machine?

Uh sorry, but it is the differential that jumps! Oops

Yes it seems to me that the problem comes from this box but I do not really know how to approach the problem.
Afraid of doing stupid things!
